How do I pay?

We are currently supporting payments by PayPal as it is fast, reliable, and protects both the business and consumer.

 

How do I contact you?

The most effective way to contact us is by email ([email protected]). If you’d like to speak to us to discuss any products or services, we can arrange for one of our Sales Team to call you.

 

Can I have a visual / proof prior to production?

All orders will receive a visual / proof prior to production. Visuals are not to scale and are used to show approximate sizing and positioning. Please note that colours can look different on different screens and devices, and in their physical form. Let us know if you require specific colours or Pantones.

 

When will I receive my order?

Standard orders will be received within 10 working days of visual approval. We can work to your deadlines if you have specific requirements. We need to be made aware of deadlines once the order is placed.

 

Do you offer an express service?

Express orders can sometimes be accommodated for. These are only processed by email ([email protected]). We would need to know the requirements (garments, design, quantities), specific deadline, and delivery address. Additional costs, such as express courier services, may apply.

 

How long does delivery take?

Domestic (UK) orders are dispatched on a next working day courier service. You will receive tracking information by email and orders will need to be signed for. Our courier services are fully insured.

 

Do I have to pay set-up costs?

It depends on the design, application type (embroidery, printing, etc.), and quantity ordered. Any set-up costs are one-off and your design will be kept on file for future orders.

 

What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum web order is £150+VAT (£180). Email us if you require smaller orders or to top up previous orders.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Once a visual has been approved we cannot cancel the order for bespoke and/or customised items.

 

Can I return my order?

We aim for everyone to be happy with their order. Blank products can be returned at cost to the buyer within 14 day. Bespoke, customised, and/or personalised items cannot be returned unless we have made as mistake or the garments are faulty.

 

Do you supply samples?

We can arrange for samples for sizing and quality purposes. Email [email protected] if you require further information. Colour cards (swatches) can also be supplied so you can see the colours.

 

Can I set-up an account?

After your first order we can look to set-up businesses with Accounts and send invoices. Accounts are at our discretion and subject to credit checks and trade references.
